The applicant receiving a permit to enter the city streets or sidewalks shall be held
liable for any damage, injury or other harm to water lines, sewer lines, gas lines,
telephone lines or power lines, which damage, injury or other loss results from applicants
digging, cutting into or through the streets, highways or alleyways, and such applicant
agrees to hold the city harmless from any claims, demands, judgments or other levies
resulting from such damage or injury.
