§ 46-46. Protection of public.

Any person obtaining a permit under this article shall fulfill all, each and every necessary and required safety procedures such as the placing of flares, warning signals or barriers to warn the public using the streets and sidewalks in the vicinity of such cut or entry into the street or sidewalk.
