§ 46-44. Expense of work.

The applicant receiving a permit to enter the city streets or sidewalks shall bear all expenses of cutting into such streets, highways or alleyways, including the backfilling of such openings, and in conformance with the procedures and methods for cutting and restoration of streets and sidewalks.
