§ 54-39. Conduct of drivers.

(a)

Drivers shall be clean in dress and person.

(b)

When requested by a passenger, the driver shall give a receipt showing the company's name, driver's name, date place and time of trip, origin and destination and the amount of fare charged.

(c)

Whenever any taxicab is occupied by a passenger, the driver shall not permit any other person to occupy or ride in the taxicab, except by specific request originating with the original passenger.
