§ 50-341. Schedule of civil penalties for stopping, standing, parking and parking meter violations.

(a)
Civil penalties for violations of divisions 1, 2 and 3 of this article shall be as
established from time to time by the city council in the city's schedule of fees.
(b)
This violation and any delinquent penalty are not subject to the penalty provisions
of G.S. 14-4, but instead constitute civil penalties to be recovered by the city in
a civil action in the nature of debt when the violator does not pay the penalty within
the prescribed period of time set forth, pursuant to G.S. 160A-175(c).
