§ 4-7. Misrepresentation of goods.

It shall be unlawful for any person, running and conducting a public sale within the city of any goods, wares or merchandise, to falsely advertise or misrepresent the same as being imported, or falsely represent the same as to brand, trademark, quality, weight and texture.
