§ 4-3. Posting on poles.

  • No person shall post, tack or nail any bills, posters, signs or advertisements on any telegraph, telephone, electric light or other pole or any shade or ornamental tree along any of the streets of the city; provided, however, that this section shall not be construed to include street signs, placed on the poles by the city for designating names of streets. Each sign, poster, bill or advertisement posted in violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense.
