All houses, apartments, condominiums and other means and modes of dwelling places,
and all places of business, enterprise, trade, commerce or other locations or sites
of a like nature within the corporate limits of the city shall be numbered in accordance
with numbers which have been assigned to the applicable building (whether residential,
industrial, commercial or otherwise) by the appropriate official of the city, and
such numbering shall be effectuated in such a mode and manner as to be easily visible
from the street or other public thoroughfare passing in front of such building or
residence.
