§ 2-188. Same—Compliance with provisions.

The city hereby agrees to comply with all provisions of the North Carolina Local Governmental Employees' Retirement System as defined in G.S. 128-21 et seq., and to make such increased employer's contributions as the local governmental employees' retirement system may determine to be necessary in order to provide employee death benefits.
