§ 2-37. Minutes.  


Latest version.
  • A complete and accurate account of all the proceedings of the city council shall be kept. Every resolution adopted or made by the city council, and every petition submitted to it, which is not set out in the minutes, shall be filed in an exhibit book and by proper reference shall be made a part of the minutes. The minutes of each meeting shall be considered at the subsequent meeting and, upon being approved by the city council, shall be signed by the mayor and the city clerk.
