§ 20-38. Violations.

Any person who violates any portion of this article shall subject to a fine of not less than $50.00 dollars nor more than $500.00 plus court costs. Each failure to obey an order to cease or abate shall constitute a separate violation of this article. Violation of this section is cause for immediate revocation of a permit to exceed.
