§ 14-195. Records of licensee.

It shall be the duty of all persons granted a license under the article to maintain correct and accurate records of the names and addresses of the persons receiving massages at such establishment, the type of massages administered and the name of the person of the establishment administering such massage. Such records shall be subject to inspection at any reasonable time by the police chief.
