§ 14-193. Application fees.

(a)

The city shall charge an administrative fee as determined by city council to cover expenses incidental to processing the application. Such fee shall be due and payable at the time of filing the application.

(b)

There shall be an application fee for a massage therapist and a separate application fee for a massage therapy establishment.
